Union of the Body, Mind, and Soul ~ then Observe.
From the re-awakening, your vessel (physical body) becomes the vessel of the Buddha. After all, we all have the Buddha within our souls. It is embedded, innate knowledge and wisdom which is simply – Awakened.
By observing your Self through mindful breathing, you experience all the perceptions, mental formations, pre-programming, and wisdom within you. You may notice things you had never acknowledged before! (When I sat for the first month or so, I had no idea, I could not sit for more than 15 minutes – my nose got itchy, my ankle hurt, my back was sore, my mind raced…). The more you sit, the more you will get used to the sensations, thoughts, perceptions, and all the other overwhelming feelings and thoughts that may arise.
You will notice a significant difference in your life. The light you shed on other people’s lives. And all the beautiful messages you start to be gifted with ~ they will all appear before you like magic. But remember, it’s not magic. They are being sent to you, and for you to understand and use for your best benefit. So sit, be still, and mindfully breathe. Observe your Self, and start to feel the Buddha-mind re-awakening within you.
